These are a few quick steps needed to enable your Authorize.Net account with LeaguePilot.  You will need to log in to your Authorize.Net account to perform the following steps.

Step 1: Enable Transaction Details API

  1. Click Account from the main toolbar.
  2. Click Settings in the main left-side menu.
  3. Click the button Enable Transaction Details API.   (If the button says Disable Transaction Details API then it is already enabled and you do not need to do anything.


Step 2: Obtain your credentials

1. API Login ID

    • Click Account from the main toolbar.
    • Click Settings in the main left-side menu.
    • Click API Credentials & Keys.
    • Make note of the API Login ID displayed.

2. Transaction Key

    • If you already have a transaction key and know what it is, you may skip this process.  Otherwise proceed to step 2.
    • Enter your Secret Answer.
    • Select New Transaction Key.  (Note that by doing this, any other applications which use your Authorize.Net account may need to be updated with the new transaction key you are about to create, otherwise they may stop working in 24 hours - or right away if you choose Disable Old Transaction Key Immediately.)
    • Click Submit to continue. Your new Transaction Key is displayed.  Make a note of this because it will not be displayed again.

3. Signature Key

    • If you already have a signature key and know what it is, you may skip this process. Otherwise proceed to step 2.
    • Return to API Credentials & Keys.
    • Enter your Secret Answer.
    • Select New Signature Key.  You may choose to disable the old Signature Key by clicking the check box labeled Disable Old Signature Key Immediately.
    • Click Submit to continue. Your new Signature Key is displayed.  Make a note of this because it will not be displayed again.


Step 3: Provide Credentials

  1. Log in as an ADMIN to your LeaguePilot management site at https://secure.leaguepilot.com/admin.
  2. Click on the Gateways link to display the list of configured payment gateways for your account.
  3. Click on the Authorize.Net listing.
  4. Provide your credentials from above into the boxes and click Save.
